Amazing, So How Do I Use It?

Head to femmeluxe.co.uk and fill up your basket with all the goods. Once you're satifsied with your haul, head to the checkout and start to check out as normal. At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method. From there, you'll be directed to the Clearpay website to get signed up and sort your personalised payment schedule. Payment card options? They're pretty standard - Clearpay accept Visa and Mastercard, so make sure you've got your plastic to hand. If you're a regular and have already used Clearpay before, just log into your Clearpay account for a breezy checkout. Finally - complete your order, it's as easy as that!

I'm An International Customer - Can I Use Clearpay?

Sorry lovely - Clearpay is only available to our UK luxegirls currently. To use Clearpay, you must have a UK billing address. Sadly customers with international billing addresses will notb be able to create a Clearpay account.

What's The 411 On The Clearpay Payment Schedule?

Need the download on all things payment? Here's how it works. Clearpay customers have to make their first payment at the time of purchase. You're able to select how much you'd like the initial payment to be, giving you the ultimate flexibility. Then, the remaining payments are deducted every 2 weeks automatically in installments

from your selected payment method. You don't have to manually do this - let Clearpay instantly take care of this for you in the background!

Want to pay some off early? You've got it! If you'd like to make additional unscheduled payments before they're due, you can log in to Clearpay and make an early payment. Clearpay will then cleverly adjust the amount that you owe accordingly.

Need to keep track of where you're at? Just log into your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or drop an early payment in (go you!).

Help! I Can't Make An Installment

Not able to hit your payment date? A £6 late payment fee will be charged if funds are not available at the time that your automatic payment is due. An additional £6 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please see Clearpay Payment Purchase Agreement here.

Can I Return Or Exchange An Item Purchased With Clearpay?

Changed your mind on your Clearpay haul? No stress! Clearpay follows our usual returns process. Head over to our Returns Overview or Returns FAQ page for a deep dive into how you can easily return your item. Take note - refunds for Clearpay will be refunded from femmeluxe.co.uk to Clearpay. Unfortunately, we can't provide an exchange or cash refund. As soon as the refund is processed, it will drop into your Clearpay online account. Still have Qs about returns? Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit to allow you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every two weeks. To be eligible for credit from Clearpay, you must be a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands), aged 18+. Further eligibility criteria and T&Cs" apply.

Clearpay Finance Ltd. Make sure you can make your repayments on time by each due date to avoid late fees. Not paying on time will lead to a late fee of £6, This fee can only be charged once for orders under £24. For orders over £24 you can continually be charged late fees, capped at 25% of the order's cost or £36 (whichever is less). The total amount of late fees you may be charged will depend on your order value. If you fail to pay on time, your Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future.
