Christmas Gin Cocktails

Nothing says christmas like gin! The perfect gift for that ‘hard-to-buy’ someone, gin is a staple in many Christmas cocktail recipes. Whether you’re planning a get together with the family or a date night watching christmas films is on the cards our Christmas gin recipes are sure to secure your place as the best mixologist in town. What’s more festive than mince pies? With a nice boozy take on a christmas classic with this Mince Pie Martini. We’re sure these Christmas gin cocktails won’t be around for long!

Ingredients:

100ml Gin

100ml Red Vermouth

20ml Dark Rum

4 tsp. Mincemeat

For Cocktail Rim:

4 tbsp. Sugar

4 tsp. Mixed Spice

Mincemeat Syrup:

100g Golden Sugar

50g Mincemeat

Method:

Gently mix together the sugar and spice and wet the rim of your martini glass, slightly. Gently press each rim into the mix until you have a coated rim.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and combine the mincemeat, gin, red vermouth, dark rum and 80ml of the mincemeat syrup and shake vigorously. Strain into the martini glass and enjoy!

Christmas Prosecco Cocktails

It’s time to pop the prosecco, babe, because christmas is here! If your family is all about stocking up on prosecco for the festive season, then put a twist on the classic tipple with a Clementine Prosecco Cocktail Recipe. With the festive delights of clementine and orange, this christmas prosecco cocktail will have you sipping on the festiveness all season long!

Ingredients:

150ml Orange Liqueur

250ml Chilled Clementine Juice

2 Clementines

75cl Chilled Prosecco

Method:

Mix together the clementine juice and orange liqueur in a jug and chill until ready to serve. Thinly slice the clementines and cut a slit in the side for that expert garnish. When you’re ready to serve, combine the prosecco, clementine juice and orange liqueur, stir and serve! Don’t forget to add the clementine for garnish too!

Method:

Add all ingredients into a glass filled with ice and stir until blended. Take your festivities up a level and garnish with 2 cranberries and a sprig of rosemary for the ultimate holiday drink.

Ingredients:

50ml Advocat

50ml Lemonade

10-15ml Lime Juice

Ice

Method:

Fill a glass with ice and add 10-15ml of lime juice. Pour in the advocate and lemonade over ice and stir gently until the outside of the glass is cold. Voila!
