How Long Does Delivery Take?
In a hurry for a last minute outfit, or happy to wait a little longer to save? We have a range of delivery options suited to every outfit eventuality.
After receiving the dispatch email, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please contact us as soon as possible.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY - (2-5 DAYS) - £3.99
3 Working Days if ordered before 11PM Monday - Friday - this excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY* - ENDS 11 PM - £5.99
Next Working Day if ordered before 11PM Mon - Fri. Orders made before 11pm will be delivered the next working day (excludes Saturdays & Bank Holidays).
UK SATURDAY DELIVERY - ENDS 11 PM FRIDAY - £8.99
Order before 11PM Friday to receive your order Saturday. Orders made after 11 pm Friday will not qualify for Saturday delivery.
NEW! UK MONDAY DELIVERY* - ENDS 11 PM SUNDAY - £6.99
Orders placed from Saturday until 11 PM Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Orders made after 11 PM Sunday won't be delivered until the following day.
EUROPE DELIVERY - £8.99
Up to 7 working days (Excludes Sat/Sun).
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - £11.99
Up to 10 working days (Excludes Sat/Sun).

Keen to know where your orders at? We hear you! Check out your confirmation email for your unique tracking number. We totally won't mind if you stalk us!
WTF - Part Of My Order Is Missing!
Is your delivery package feeling a little too light? If you've seriously treated yourself and shopped a super large haul, it's likely that your order was sent in multiple packages. Typically, they should arrive together, however, depending on your delivery courier, there could be a slight delay between packages. Don't stress, your order will be reunited with its counterpart ASAP!
Reporting Missing Parcels
Think that your order might be missing altogether? If your order is missing, you must report it to us within 14 days from the date of the dispatch email. Unfortunately, if you report a missing parcel after this 14-day period, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. This is the maximum time we can contest the issue with our courier company and after this, there will sadly be nothing more that we can do.
