Food aside, everyone’s fave part of the Christmas dinner table is the festive drinks! Getting a bit bored of mulled wine? We’ve scouted the internet for some unique Christmas bevs to get you feelin’ lit and merry!
White Wine Sangria

Love the look of Sangria or mulled wine, but hate red wine? Don’t worry girl, this recipe uses white wine to make a fire fruity cocktail that’s pretty enough to be the centerpiece of your Christmas table!
Ingredients
- 2 x bottles of white wine (Pinot Grigio works well)
- 340ml Ginger beer, plus more for topping if needed
- 60ml brandy (pear brandy is suggested in this recipe)
- 32g sugar
- 3 thinly sliced pears
- 450g of cranberries
- 3-4 star anise pods
- Rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Add the pears and cranberries to a large jug or pitcher. Pour in the white wine, brandy, sugar and stir. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- When serving, pour into chilled glasses, top up with more ginger beer and garnish with the rosemary, star anise and frozen cranberries.
Christmas Mimosas

It’s a classic cocktail that looks as good as it tastes and is the perfect finishing touch to that Christmas day selfie! These mimosas have been given a Christmas makeover with a fruity twist. This recipe makes 6-8 delicious mimosas.
Ingredients
- 2 x bottles of chilled champagne
- 240ml cranberry juice
- 240ml of orange or pineapple juice (or half of both!)
- Sliced limes and frozen cranberries
Instructions
- Tilt your champagne glass slightly to stop it fizzing up and pour in half a glass of the chilled champagne.
- Fill the rest of the glass with cranberry, orange and pineapple juice.
- Garnish with the lime and frozen cranberries- it’s as easy as that!
White Christmas Mojito

It’s every cocktail lover’s go to- the mojito! In a cute shade of white, it will have your Christmas dinner table looking Instagrammable AF. Why not add a red and white striped straw for complete Christmas vibes? This recipe makes 6 glasses.
Ingredients
- 240ml lime juice
- 32g mint leaves
- 32g sugar
- 120ml white rum
- 60ml coconut rum
- 240ml canned coconut milk
- sparkling water to serve
- Pomegranates to garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, mix lime juice, sugar and mint leaves until the leaves start to break down.
- Use a blender to combine the white rum, coconut rum and coconut milk until smooth.
- Pour over the lime and sugar mixture and stir to combine. Chill in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
- Divide between 6 glasses, filling each half way. Top with sparkling water, pomegranate and extra mint leaves.
Spiced Vanilla and Cranberry Gin Martinis

Gin lover? Yep, us too! Upgrade your Christmas drink from the classic gin and tonic to this spiced vanilla and cranberry cocktail that will definitely give you a warm festive feeling. This recipe makes 6 servings.
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons of vanilla syrup
- 600g cranberries
- 6 strips of orange peel
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- 740ml of your favourite gin
Instructions
- The night before you’re ready to serve the cocktails, bash up some ice and combine with cranberries before freezing.
- Add vanilla syrup to a martini glass.
- Fill the glass with the ice and cranberries.
- Add a cinnamon stick and a piece of the orange peel.
- Top up with some chilled gin and tonic or sparkling water if needed.
