This lunchtime treat is light on your stomach but also fills you up, which means you won’t get the desire to snack on those crisps in your drawer throughout the day. Fill your body up with some veggie goodness and feel like a health queen.

What you’ll need



1 sliced Avocado

Sliced Halloumi Pieces (grilled or fried)



Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar

Spinach & Chickpea Curry

This spicy dish is the perfect Sunday night batch cooking choice, and can be frozen to have for your lunch at work during the week. 1 onion
