Keto Turkey Lettuce Wraps Meal Prep

This is one of our fave keto meal prep lunch recipes, the tasty turkey is delicious as well as filling and it’s packed full of veg, so you’ll be nailing your 5 a day with ease. If you’re a veggie or vegan just substitute the turkey for tofu, it’s a wrap!

This recipe serves 6.

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Filling

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 450g turkey mince
  • 120g shredded carrot

To serve

  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Shake together all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan and add onions, garlic and Thai red curry paste. Stir until red curry paste is heated through and mixed in evenly, approx. 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the turkey mince, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the turkey is cooked through.
  4. Stir in shredded carrots.
  5. Pour the sauce evenly over the turkey mince mixture and stir.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. To serve, spoon the turkey mix into a lettuce leaf and eat or add to a meal prep container!

Keto Prawns And Asparagus Meal Prep

Fan of fish, but unsure how to swap your standard Friday fish and chips for a healthier version? Meet this keto friendly prawn and asparagus prep. This tasty keto meal prep is amaze for satisfying those lunchtime cravings whilst keeping those calories super low.

This recipe makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

450g Uncooked prawns

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper

2 Packs of asparagus

1 Pack of cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix the prawns with olive oil, salt and pepper, then place aside.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil and put the asparagus and cherry tomatoes on the sides, leaving the middle free for the prawns.
  4. Drizzle the vegetables with the rest of the olive oil and add salt and pepper. Spread out and bake for ten minutes.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven, place the prawns on the pan and roast for a further eight minutes.
  6. Divide into four containers for your week’s meal prep.

This hawaiian chicken meal prep has all the famous flavours of a good deep dish pizza without the added carbs. One of the best keto meal prep lunch recipes there is, this filling dish will have you feeling satisfied all day long.

This recipe makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

4 medium chicken breasts

1 tbsp italian seasoning

Salt and pepper

175ml pizza sauce

120g grated mozzarella cheese

60g ham

60g diced pineapple

240g steamed broccoli

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
  • Add the chicken breasts to a baking tin, seasoning both sides with salt, pepper and italian seasoning.
  • Bake for eighteen minutes, then top with the pizza sauce, mozzarella, ham and pineapple.
  • Put the tray back into the oven and bake for a further ten minutes until the cheese is brown and starts to bubble.
  • Add to your meal prep container with steamed broccoli.
