The Most Iconic Golden Globes Looks Of All Time

This year marks the 78th Golden Globes Awards, and although it’s a night of celebration and homage to the television and film industry, it is also a night full of iconic fashion moments. The Golden Globes is a star studded event known for its glamour and we wait in anticipation every year to see what our fave’ celebrities grace the red carpet in. From Salma Hayek’s Golden Globes two tone dress, to Beyonce’s Golden Globes puff sleeve number, and of course, Jennifer Anniston’s Golden Globes comeback with a stunnin’ black ball gown, we can’t wait to see what our favourite film and T.V stars wear this year. Any guesses?

Golden Globes - Sandra Oh

If you’re a fan of Grey’s Anatomy or Killing Eve then you’re probably used to seeing actress Sandra Oh in either scrubs or with a gun in her hand (she looks pretty bad ass in boths), however, the Golden Globes gave her a chance to have a major glow-up and we’re totally here for it. Her Golden Globes dress was simple yet chic, and a custom Stella McCartney number. With a basic white bodice and silver sequin sleeves, it’s only right she completed her look with a Golden Globe in her hand, right?

Golden Globes - Zoë Kravitz

With her parents being Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz, actress Zoë Kravitz was always going to be equally talented and beautiful when it came to the big screen. Known for her roles in the Divergent series and High Fidelity, she took her edgy vibes to the red carpet and gave it an elegant twist for a Golden Globes outfit to remember. Wearing a polka dot piece, with contrasting tones and patterns, a pixie haircut and red lip, we are getting major old school Hollywood vibes from Zoë Kravtiz’s Golden Globes look. Audrey Hepburn, who?

Golden Globes - Zendaya

From her ground breaking performances in Euphoria, The Greatest Showman, Spiderman and of course, Malcolm & Marie, this major babe should definitely be taking every single award home from the 2021 Golden Globes. We are currently obsessing over Zendaya’s 2016 Golden Globes look, ‘cos who doesn't love a classy Marchesa dress? With black and burgundy tones and a natural dewy makeup look, Zendaya owned the red carpet at the Golden Globe Awards. Let’s be real, the only reason we plan to watch the Golden Globes this year is to see Zendaya’s outfit!

Golden Globes - Lady Gaga

It wouldn’t be a Golden Globes most iconic looks round-up if we didn’t include the queen of out-there fashion herself, Lady Gaga. The pop star turned actress has had her fair share of weird and wonderful red carpet moments, however we are loving this sophisticated Golden Globes outfit look from 2019. This stunnin’ Valentino dress compliments her blue toned hair, giving us major Elsa from Frozen vibes. Live action remake anyone?
