1. Easy, Hassle-Free Returns

We hope you love everything you order from Femme Luxe — but if something’s not quite right, don’t worry. Returns are quick and simple.

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return (or 28 days if you're in the USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand).
  • Only one return or exchange is allowed per order.
  • A £3.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • All returns must be in resellable condition — no makeup stains, strong odours, or signs of wear.
  • Do not write on or stick anything to the product box — damaged or defaced boxes may result in a rejected return.

Returns received without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Item?

We’re sorry to hear that! If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item:

  1. Email care@femmeluxe.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
  3. Wait for our team to approve the return before sending it back.

Returns for faulty items submitted after 14 days may be rejected.

3. Return Timeframes

  • UK, EU & Ireland: 14 days from the delivery date.
  • USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 28 days from the date on your dispatch note.

Returns received outside of these timeframes may be rejected.

4. How to Return

  1. Email us at care@femmeluxe.co.uk and wait for approval.
  2. Carefully repackage your item with tags still attached.
  3. Include your order number inside the parcel.
  4. Post the parcel back to the return address we provide via email.
  5. Keep your proof of postage — this is required if there are any issues with the return.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so please pack it securely.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • We do not refund original delivery costs unless your entire order was incorrect or faulty.
  • If the item is returned used, worn, damaged or outside of the return window, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back at your cost.

6. Store Credit Option

Prefer to shop again soon? Let us know when you email us — we can offer Femme Luxe store credit instead of a refund, which can be used on your next order.
