The Best Looks from Milan Fashion Week for Spring/Summer 2022

Fashion week is here again, we love checking out the hottest pieces straight off the catwalk. We have collated a list of the top looks from the Milan fashion week 2021 runway for you. The shows are for spring/ summer 2022, so get ready for some warmer weather pieces! Milan fashion week hosts fashion shows and presentations of designers to display their new SS22 collections, some of our fav’ big names are walking in the Milan shows including Dua Lipa, Emily Ratajkowski and Gigi Hadid for Versace. We adore fashion week and can't wait to show you our top picks, keep scrollin’ to see our most loved!

Versace

As Milan fashion week comes to a close, this collection has to be a favourite. It is full of chains and silk which is very signature for versace. There are lots of electric brights in this collection which could imply some vibrant colours are in store for the summer! Dua Lipa looked glam as ever for Versace's fashion week in a tailored cut out dress. Bagging a favourite spot on our top looks list.

Fendace

Milan Fashion week has broken the internet with this collaboration, the two design houses Fendi and Versace’s creative directors have switched to take on each other. The collaboration is honoring the work of Gianni Versace and Karl Lagerfeld. This merging is unheard of and a refreshing new take for the Milan fashion week 2021. The Versace by Fendi collection was focused on a multigenerational design and a key look we saw was the fusing of the Fendi monogram with Versace's greek Key Motif. The Fendi by Versace held more of a punk rock element with safety pins being a key look. Our Favourite piece from this collection has to be the shimmering ensemble Emily Ratajkowski is draped in. GORGE’!

Dolce & Gabbana

Dolce and Gabbana are bringing the newness for Fashion week 2021! This collection is a maximalist's dream, the catwalk designs are youthful and fanciful, the looks are inspired by past Y2K and we are loving these new takes! We adore the full collection but our favourite piece has to be the puffy sleeved tight dress with patterned tights. This means we could see some strong tailoring staying and puffy sleeves returning for SS22 (Keen).

Blumarine

Did someone say Y2K? Because this collection is filled with 2000’s inspo. Blumarine’s Fashion week has included trends from butterflies, low waist and floaty materials, accessories go from silk head scarves to tinted glasses. We love this resurgence and can't wait to see these looks on the highstreet.

Etro

Etro’s looks for Milan fashion week held a wealth of quirky designs that are not to be missed! We love something unique and this collection sports a combination of hippie and rave vibes. There’s lots of DIY aspects of this collection which makes it exciting. Our favourite piece is the bright pink patterned matching jacket and bucket hat combo. We can see ourselves walking right into a festival in this attire!
